30 minutes outside Copenhagen with train, you’ll find Louisiana. Louisiana is on of Scandinavia’s biggest art museums. The museum is quite famous, for the exhibitions as well as for the events they do. Every year they arrange “Louisiana Literature”, which is an international literature festival with guests from all over the world.

Louisiana is situated just next to the sea, and from their garden and restaurant you’re able to see all the way to Sweden. They serve the most delicious food, and if you chose to go here from Copenhagen, it’s a good idea to stop for lunch as well. If you drive, there’s a small beach in Humlebæk, the small village where Louisiana is situated. That one is definitely worth a visit.
