There is one party in Copenhagen that is bigger, happier and more colorful than any of the others. I’m talking about the pride parade.

It’s marching through Copenhagen, making everyone smile. The parade is the final party of Copenhagen Pride, which takes place the 21-25th of August. The parade is 1 PM at the 24th of August. It starts in the part of town called Frederiksberg, and marches through town to Rådhuspladsen, where the final “show” is situated. You can find more information HERE.

Last year I watched the parade together with some friends. It was sunshine, people were happy and the spirit was amazing. If you’re in town on the 24th of August, remember to stop by!
