Almost all my friends in Copenhagen live at Nørrebro and Vesterbro. That means that there are certain parts of town where I don’t come that often. Østerbro is one of those parts. However, yesterday I was supposed to have coffee with a friend after work – at Østerbro.
To find a good café, I asked at Twitter, and quite soon several people responded, “You should go to Café Pixie at Bopa Plads”. One of the persons´ even wrote, “It’s one of those places where you can sit outside, and it almost feels like you’re abroad”. I liked the sound of that.
When entering the small square and seeing the bright lamps outside and people sitting with blankets, I immediately understood what the guy at Twitter had meant. This is not 100% Denmark. It reminds me about summer in the south or maybe Paris.
Inside, the place looks very much like lot of other places in Copenhagen. The atmosphere and the menu are the same as at Taxa, a nice café at Nørrebro, which is connected to Café Pixie. You can have a beer, a coffee, their great lemonade or a burger. You can stay for a while or several hours. And me? I guess I have one more reason to come to Østerbro again.

Det ser fantastiskt mysigt ut, ett ställe jag måste testa nästa gång jag besöker Köpenhamn!

Det är hur mysigt som helst, både inne och ute, så det kan jag absolut rekommendera 🙂
